The list is split into two parts: songform and experimental. However, within the lists there are overlaps that could have gone either way. My apologies for those I had to leave out or just forgot about. Thanks for another year of great underground, independent music. Some of these were recorded or released before 2007 but due to the nature of independent music it sometimes takes awhile to get the music out. So, they may not all be from 2007 but were featured sometime during 2007 on “No Pigeonholes”.

Some may say by listing so many it dilutes the meaning of “The Best Of”. To me, this is not a competition or awards ceremony, this is about spreading the word of independent music. Hope you check some of these out. I think you’ll be glad you did.
